Job Description About The Company: They are Australia's leading supplier of high-quality acoustic wall paneling solutions for commercial, education, and health applications.
They are committed to delivering innovative products that enhance sound quality and aesthetic appeal in a variety of bespoke environments.
As their business continues to grow year on year, they are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimator to join their dynamic team due to an internal promotion.
Key Responsibilities Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost breakdowns for materials and other expenses.Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to develop competitive bids and proposals.Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and ensure accurate cost estimates.Monitor and analyze project costs against estimates and adjust future estimates as needed.Assist in value engineering and alternative material selections to provide cost-effective solutions for clients.About You: Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction and/or building materials industry.Knowledge of wall paneling, ceilings/partitions, interior lining, or joinery is highly desirable.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.How to Apply: For a non-committal chat in confidence, please call Henry Pham on or drop me an email at .
