Talent Acquisition Partner .As a trusted advisor, you will partner with leaders across GTM and internal operations.
Leveraging your effective stakeholder management skills, you'll consult with leaders to provide a best-in-class recruitment service, using the latest sourcing and passive pipeline management techniques, whilst providing a memorable candidate experience.What will I be doing?

Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and business unitsBring new ideas to improve decision-making, efficiency, and productivityConduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and identify how candidates will contribute to and enhance our culturePartner closely with People & Culture and Workplace Experience teamEstablish yourself as a trusted advisor to your stakeholder groupsEffectively pitch SafetyCulture, explain equity, negotiate and close offers, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the processProactively contributing to people initiatives and team projectsWhat do I need?

3+ years demonstrated recruitment experience in agency and an internal environment (GTM Hiring experience desirable)A deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with the ability to apply your expertise flexibly and proactivelyProven ability to learn new technologies, and achieve outcomesProven capacity to develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationshipsOutstanding written and verbal communication and attention to detailA passion for high-growth tech startups and a desire to be part of a scale-up journeyProblem-solving abilities that help you overcome challenges and deliver solutions.Demonstrate SafetyCulture's values (Think Customer, Open Honest Always, Better as a Team, Be Bold Bring Action)More than a job:
