Job SummaryLead large scale onshore projects for a leading Oil & Gas PMC. Be part of a highly productive team in the Oil & Gas industry.About Our ClientA leading Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firm in the oil and gas sector, specializing in complex onshore projects that include Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), detailed design, and feasibility studies.Job DescriptionLead all phases of project management, from FEED through detailed design, feasibility, and execution for major onshore oil and gas projects.Develop and communicate project goals, timelines, and deliverables to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.Ensure project activities are executed in compliance with company and client standards, as well as regulatory requirements.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, sub-contractors, and regulatory authorities, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.Work closely with clients to clarify project requirements, manage expectations, and provide updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes.Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and resources are utilized efficiently.Oversee project quality assurance and ensure adherence to technical specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules to ensure timely delivery of all project phases.Coordinate with design and engineering teams to integrate deliverables into the construction schedule seamlessly.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.25+ years of experience in project management within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on onshore projects.Proven experience in leading large-scale projects through FEED, detailed design, and feasibility phases.Extensive background in PMC environments, working closely with clients and stakeholders on complex, multi-billion-dollar projects.Strong knowledge of industry standards, construction practices, and regulatory requirements.What's on OfferApart from lucrative remuneration, a golden opportunity to lead a portfolio of onshore projects.
