Sutherland prides itself on its team nursing model and offers ongoing support from a Clinical Facilitator and Educator, as well as the Nurse Unit Manager.
Our environment is supportive, with flexibility in rostering, self-rostering, and opportunities for growth and development.
As part of hospital redevelopment, Sutherland has moved into a brand-new state-of-the-art ward.
We are open to negotiating part-time hours with the right candidate.
Your Skills and Experience Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseMinimum of 3-5 years' experience in an acute surgical nursing rolePrevious management experience is highly regarded but not essentialExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAvailable to cover night shifts when requiredRemuneration On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $55.92 - $57.76 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
