Summary
An exceptional opportunity awaits a highly skilled Creative Art Director to join 'Aralina' , the newest lifestyle womenswear brand, which was recently launched on SHEIN, the fastest-growing and most dynamic online platform globally.
As part of a close knit, multi-faceted team, you will play a pivotal role in building a cohesive product range across your assigned categories.
Responsibilities
Working closely with Director of Product & Brand, you will apply strategic creative direction to product development, ensuring alignment with market demands and brand ethos.
Drive innovative creative campaigns, shaping brand identity and leading a talented team towards excellence.
Partner closely with the Marketing and Social teams to ensure Brand Voice is captured on a global scale.
Work closely with the brand team and photographers to ensure that product images illustrate the brand story and highlight key features and appeal to target consumers.
Requirements:
5+ years experience in a similar role, with an impressive portfolio of retailers, and small brands you have worked for.
Preferrable from retail/FMCG related industries, global experience within the women's fashion category will be a huge advantage.
Attention to detail, strong commercial acumen, team player and adaptable.
