Senior Marketing Manager, Lifecycle

Diversity, equity, and giving back to the community are embraced here.Exposure to cutting-edge tools and technologies like AI and machine learning to create impactful marketing strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead retention strategies to drive active use, feature adoption, and reduce churn across APAC markets.Develop quarterly growth plans, set retention targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve KPIs.Create multi-channel marketing plans using data insights, customer research, and rapid experimentation.Leverage AI and machine learning to deliver personalized messaging and improve the customer lifecycle experience.Analyze lifecycle campaigns to optimize performance and improve engagement, conversions, and retention rates.Skills & Experience10-12 years in customer marketing (ideally some in the B2B space) focusing on nurturing and retaining customers, is preferred.Data analytics and reporting: Proficiency in using data to inform decisions, setting retention targets, and regularly analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Skills in using metric-based insights for decision-making and campaign optimization.Expertise in marketing automation tools like Eloqua and crafting relatable, benefit-driven messaging.Strategic thinking and leadership: Capability to develop and drive forward retention strategies, manage quarterly growth plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shared key performance indicators (KPIs).Application ProcessPlease click the appropriate link if you are interested in the role.
