WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Managing day to day HR processesFacilitate employee onboarding experiencesMaintain accurate HR data to reflect employee changesCollaborate with management to enhance HR systemsAccurately process and manage payrollCreate, lead and drive forward positive staff initiatives to create positive team moraleTO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE Tertiary qualifications in HRSeveral years' experience in a similar roleClear communication skills both verbal and writtenDesire for a long-term career within a growing businessExperience with Bright HR systems or similarWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU Stable long-term careerExciting opportunity to make this role your ownWorking for an extremely supportive management teamWork close to home in "The Sutherland Shire"IF YOU HAVE THE ABOVE EXPERIENCE AND LIKE WHAT YOU HAVE READ - APPLY NOW
