Technical Claims Specialist | Worker's CompMy client is a leader in the Victorian worker's comp arena.
Due to internal promotions and new business wins, we are now looking to recruit a new Technical Manager to the team.
Your New RoleBring your abundance of Worker's Comp experience to this industry giant that will make you feel valued and appreciated from the moment you start.
You will be responsible for:
Coaching and mentoring a team of case managersWorking with panel legal providersReviewing and endorsing decisions for the teamWorking closely with the dispute resolutions teamApplication of legislation relating to claimsWhat you'll demonstrateApart from a considerable amount of experience within the Worker's Comp industry, you'll be driven to become part of something bigger.

Your coaching and mentoring skills will be top-notchStrong coaching skills within WC claimsExcellent technical skills and ability to apply legislation to decisionsExperience in front-end claims management idealWhat You'll GetAn experienced manager that is invested in you
