As a Customer Partnership Lead at Datacom, you will be at the helm of managing key accounts, driving strategic growth, and fostering valuable relationships across various customer segments. This role is pivotal in overseeing the entire customer lifecycle, from strategy and growth to sustainability and profitability, ensuring our portfolio thrives.In this role, you will be assigned clients based on their stage in the sales lifecycle and your unique skill set. You will be responsible for devising and executing strategies that promote growth, sustainability, and profitability for both existing and prospective clients. Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction is paramount, and you will have significant latitude to shape Datacom's offerings in response to evolving market and customer needs.This position is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, who can leverage extensive executive-level and deep customer relationships to identify and seize future opportunities for Datacom. Join us and be part of a team where your innovative ideas and strategic vision will drive success and make a lasting impact.This role will be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.What you'll bringDeep business understanding of end-to-end sales to delivery cycleAbility to lead and story tell at presentations and confidently sell Datacom's offeringsAbility to write high quality proposal documentsStrong consultative, strategy and planning skillsFinancial/commercial/contractual analysis, management, and governanceCommercial and Contractual acumenDemonstrated Negotiation skillsResponsibilitiesStrategy & Growth:Strategic planning and execution of acquisition for new customers in your value creation roleFocus on new customer acquisition and the exceptional growth (white space) within our existing and new customer portfolio.Net new customers into Datacom's portfolio, that positively contribute to our revenue and margin performanceRelationships:The Customer Partnerships Lead will have a customer focused/market facing priority, with the goal to develop long term quality engagements with typically large public and private Australian organisations.Building value-based relationships in our accounts whilst developing key relationships (and ecosystems) that strategically enable you to deliver on Datacom objectivesDelivery:Ensure all delivery is well planned and executed with excellence. Ensuring the right people, commercials, and governance are in place to deliver successfully to our customers.Consistently and sustainably delivering on commitments made to customers (time, cost, and quality).
