Client Care Coordinator

They have gone from start-up to 25+ staff and over 400 members and are continuing their growth at a rapid rate.
More of a tech start-up than property, they offer end-to-end advice and mentorship to property investors in purchasing in house & land developments.
Duties : Working alongside their Client Success Manager your role will be focused on supporting clients through the construction phase of their purchase.
Tasks will include:
Liaise with builders and mortgage brokers to assist clients in preparing for construction.Keep clients advised of the builders' progress and estimated completion timeframes.Support clients with finding property managers and signing relevant agency agreements.Coordinate pre-settlement inspections and support through handover & defect stage.Specific requirements : You will come from a similar client care role with either a property investment company, house and land sales team, or builder (essential).Strong administration skills with proven ability to maintain a high attention to detail.Can-do, positive attitude and pride yourself on building good rapport with clients.Proven ability to think outside the box and show initiative.Some flexibility in working hours due to the nature of the industry (but generally no requirements to work on weekends or late in the evening).Benefits : 100% WFH.Generous salary and staff benefits.Driven and hungry team that have an infectious energy.Learn how to be a multi-millionaire property investor while you workLaptop and phone provided.To be considered for this role, please press the APPLY button and I'll come back to you ASAP.
