Position Overview:
We're currently seeking a vibrant and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
As a Service Advisor at Youngs WA, you'll be the face of our service department, assisting customers with their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with people, we want you on our team
Possess excellent keyboard skills and demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
Are autonomous, diligent, and take full ownership and accountability for your workload.
Have the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, delivering quality work while meeting strict deadlines.
Have an enthusiastic, friendly, and proactive demeanour and always demonstrate a helpful attitude towards colleagues and guests.
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively convey information to different stakeholders.
Are punctual, dependable, adaptable, and flexible, always willing to go the extra mile when necessary.
Dealership Administration Experience is preferred but not essential.
