As our highly valued Workforce Strategy Coordinator, you'll use your analytical and interpersonal skills to support workforce planning and prioritisation within the South Western Sydney region.

Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, the role involves the development of a regional primary care workforce strategy and workforce planning needs assessments, training and capacity reports and mapping of training pathways.
You will be involved in coordinating special projects and initiatives related to general practice and the primary care workforce in South Western Sydney.

You'll make an impact at scale by:
Project implementation Stakeholder engagement and management Collecting, interpreting and disseminating health data Working collaboratively to address the health needs of our region What you'll bring To succeed in this role, you will have:
Experience in the preparation of complex reports, drawing on various data sources and information obtained from a range of stakeholders and sources.
Strong analytical skills to collect, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and present these to a range of audiences.
Highly developed interpersonal skills, including ability to network and liaise with a range of people and organisations at different professional levels.
High level organisational skills including the capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines.

$81,900 to $91,650 per year + 12% superannuation and tax-free salary packaging.
