PART TIME POSITION As the Automotive Sales Associate, your biggest job will be to delight and amaze our customers when they are visiting site to test drive, or when you are delivering or picking up their car.
You will be supported by an enthusiastic, energetic team of people who are also customer-first, and you will receive all the necessary training you need to succeed in this role.
We are looking for people with a genuine passion for customer service first and foremost - coupled with a positive outlook, and proactive "can-do" attitude.
You will need a valid driver's license for this role and be prepared to undergo a police and background check and clearance.
ResponsibilitiesBe the "face" of Cars24 to our customers when customers book a test drive at site.Go above and beyond to delight and amaze our customers, with a warm attitude, exceptional communication skills and a highly professional demeanor.Build trust with your customers by being timely, reliable and communicative.Liaise closely with the customer operations team to ensure the right cars are ready for inspection and delivered correctly.Ensure all paperwork required at the point of handover is completed smoothly.Be willing to learn how to assess a car for delivery or pick-up; we will provide training and operating protocols.Help shape and support the development of customer-facing processes in our new business.Customer satisfaction metrics will be your performance indicator.Conduct test drives with customers, and be a great listener, ask the right questions and close the sale.RequirementsWhat you should have:
Minimum 2 years of Retail Sales experience, automotive sales preferred but not essential.F2F Sales experience required.Experience using Google Docs, Hubspot and other CRM/Sales Software preferred but not essential.You are willing to work weekends.A customer champion outlook.You're a solid team player.You're aware of the highs and lows of start-up life.Self-starter, autonomous.A creative problem-solver.Car knowledge (nice to have).Valid full driver's license.Ability to close a customer and see the sale through from enquiry to delivery.BenefitsWhat we offer in return:
