Description Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team and ensure the smooth running of our daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars Preparation of meeting agendas and documentation Prepare and distribute emails and other forms of client communication Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records Assist with bookkeeping and financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense reports Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment Assist with special projects and events as needed Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role Proficient in Microsoft Office, ClickUp or other task management programs Experience in Xero advantageous, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr
