The HammondCare Volunteer program is a great way for you to make a meaningful difference in the life of an older person, right here in South East Sydney.
We are seeking a friendly volunteer to visit an elderly lady living in Woollahra.
Our client is well-travelled and loves the theatre and conversation.
She enjoys discussing current affairs and would like to be taken for drives, out for coffee, or just to watch the harbour. Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself.
Regular visits from volunteers can help improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.
HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

Requirements18 years or older • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare plus NDIS Worker Screening Check.
We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for a 30-minute to one-hour visit between 9 am and 4 pm, Monday to Sunday.
Visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
