Conjoint Education Pharmacist

Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to facilitate education and training in order to support competency-based performance development of undergraduate, intern, foundation residency and general level pharmacists to support their professional journey.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Promote a culture of continuous education, learning and skills development for undergraduate, intern, general level and senior hospital pharmacists.
Deliver high level clinical Pharmacy services within the rostered Pharmacy area and to the allocated multidisciplinary clinical unit/team in accordance with professional, legislative and ethical standards.
Provide sound, high level advice and assistance to clinical staff for evidence-based evaluation of new medicine therapies.
Provide clinical practice supervision and clinical education to Pharmacy practitioners to ensure the maintenance of professional clinical standards within the Pharmacy service.
