To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our Pepsi, Mountain Dew and Bubly portfolios.Reporting to the SBM for Carbonated Soft Drinks, this role will manage the Bubly brand strategy, comms, innovation, and investment, and will support the SBM on key global Pepsi and Mountain Dew programs.
Key Responsibilities: Drive brand growth for Bubly portfolio, managing and executing current and future commercial plans in conjunction with bottling partners and JBP aspirationsCollaborate with agencies and bottling partners to create aligned plans, and lead monthly performance measurement and reporting, to ensure key KPIs are metSupport SBM on key Pepsi and Mountain Dew programs, leveraging global initiatives and localising flawlessly for ANZ BUOwn the Advertising and Marketing budget, and accurately track spend with the finance teamAbout you: 6+ years in Marketing or Sales, preferably from FMCG multi-channel trade experienceProven experience in comms development, media planning, through the line program development, innovation, research, and agency managementDemonstrated strong planning and organisational skills to manage multiple complex cross-functional projects on time and on budgetStrong relationship and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally, both within and outside PepsiCo, to deliver key initiativesProficiency in data analysis, distilling insights for decision-making, and influencingFor you: We offer a competitive benefits package including annual bonus, discounts for Scoopon, Luxury Escapes, Asahi Beverages portfolio, and generous leave options (e.g.
