Job DescriptionMinor Hotels is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in a newly created role, based in the Brisbane CBD and commencing in February 2025.
Reporting to the Digital & e-Commerce Marketing Manager, you will drive digital campaign planning, execution, and optimisation while leading customer acquisition strategies across Australia and New Zealand.
Your efforts will contribute directly to revenue growth and the success of our brands.

Key Responsibilities Include: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital performance marketing strategy.Collaborate with external agencies to create and manage Google Ad campaigns, including SEM, metasearch, and display advertising.Oversee the creation and management of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns in partnership with external agencies.Execute and monitor the SEO strategy in collaboration with external agency partners.Continuously review and optimise advertising campaigns to achieve target ROAS and other key performance metrics.Partner with the Marketing & Brand team to design and execute full-funnel customer acquisition campaigns across the entire customer journey.Manage paid listings on third-party websites, affiliate networks, and media platforms.Utilise Google Analytics to track and measure marketing performance, focusing on objectives and KPIs.Regularly analyse multi-channel performance reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website) and provide actionable optimisation recommendations to sales, marketing teams, and agency partners.Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) audits, implement A/B testing, and gather user feedback to enhance conversion rates across the brand's digital channels, campaigns, and assets.QualificationsProven experience in performance and digital marketing, including analytics, gained either in-house or through an agency.Demonstrated expertise in using GA4, Meta, and Google ad platforms.Strong ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to inform and optimise marketing strategies.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.High attention to detail and the capacity to understand and navigate complex technical systems, ensuring consistently high-quality project outcomes.Self-motivated and capable of working independently, delivering results while efficiently managing time and resources to meet deadlines.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to driving efficiency and process improvements to enhance overall productivity.Previous experience in the hotel industry is highly desirable.Additional InformationJoin our positive and vibrant team and be rewarded with these team benefits: Competitive salary, which is negotiable based on experience50% discounts on accommodation across all Minor Hotel brands in Australia and New ZealandAccess to Minor Hotels ANZ paid parental leave benefits20% team member's friend and family discount on accommodation across all Minor Hotel brands in Australia and New ZealandAdditional paid leave includingBirthday and Study leave.Educational Financial support may be available to those who undertake development relevant to the company's business requirements.Discount savings and cash back from over 400 popular retailers in Australia and New ZealandEntertainment and experience discounts (Opera Australia; Australia Zoo; BRG Brands- Experience oz, Adrenaline and RedBalloon)Discount on Furniture50% off The Coffee Club VIP membership and discount on Minor Hotels F&B outlets across the globeWellbeing programs with Uprise (EAP)Wellness Programs at Elysia Wellness retreat Accommodation, all F&B, all Wellness Activities, Spa Treatments (depends on length of program to how many) and Wellness one on one consultsOur people drive the success of our business, so we will invest in your skills to allow you to grow and progress through your career.You'll feel at home as part of a close team who thrive on delivering exceptional guest experiences and working in a company focused on ensuring the best workplace culture.
