About the Role: The Software Engineer will play a key role in the development, customization, and support of the ERP system.
This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, test, and maintain ERP applications that align with the company's business requirements and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities: ERP System Development & Customization:
Design, develop, and implement ERP software applications based on business requirements.
Customize existing ERP solutions to meet specific organizational needs, integrating various modules such as finance, HR, inventory, sales, and procurement.
Write high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code for ERP systems, ensuring the functionality meets business objectives.System Integration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP systems with other enterprise applications, including CRM, legacy systems, and third-party software.
Ensure smooth data flow between different system components and optimize for performance and scalability.Testing and Debugging:
Conduct rigorous testing (unit testing, integration testing, and system testing) to ensure ERP software performs as expected.
Debug issues, provide fixes, and ensure the software is free from defects before deployment.Support and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support for ERP systems post-deployment, including troubleshooting, user support, and bug fixes.
Monitor ERP systems' performance and provide solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Assist in the installation and configuration of ERP software updates and patches.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in developing and customizing ERP software, preferably with platforms like SAP, Oracle Netsuite, or others.Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.Experience with SQL (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).Familiarity with ERP modules (finance, HR, supply chain, etc.)
and business processes.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication and teamwork skills.• Work for a fast-growing, innovative organization.
