Job DescriptionWe're seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join an exciting, fast-growing laundromat business that's changing the way Australians do their laundry.
In this role, you'll be the voice of a modern, tech-forward company, ensuring customers have an exceptional experience across all service touchpoints.

ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone and emailHandle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possibleProcess refund requests and manage customer compensation scenarios with attention to detailMaintain positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionallyDocument all customer interactions accurately in the company's customer service softwareIdentify and escalate complex issues when necessaryContribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction rates through proactive serviceCollaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery across all shiftsRequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishPrevious experience with customer service software and support toolsDemonstrated track record in customer service or guest relationsStrong capability in handling financial transactions and refund processesReliable internet connection and quiet work environmentPreferred:
Experience in hospitality or service industryStrong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinkingDemonstrated empathy and patience in customer interactionsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyAdaptability to changing situations and ability to remain calm under pressurePrevious experience in a similar role handling customer support via multiple channels #J-18808-Ljbffr
