It's how we're making a difference - how we're shaping healthcare.We are in a period of exciting and significant investment in the Faculty of Medicine and Health and to deliver on the University's ambitious strategic plan, we are looking for a Compliance and Verification Officer to perform general administrative support under general direction, including preparing documents, maintaining records, updating web materials, responding to queries, exploring matters, and sourcing solutions for the work area.
They also manage the compilation and updating of resources and materials and ensure reporting and compliance requirements are met.As the first point of contact for the office, this role requires strong administrative and organisational skills to coordinate and undertake a range of operational activities on an ongoing basis.Your key responsibilities will be to:work with academic and professional staff to support almost 7000 students to help them meet the necessary compliance for placementsreview processes relating to student verification and make suggestions for improvementsmanage educational reporting, compliance and public production, ensuring accurate information on university systemscoordinate verification requirements for students across the Faculty of Medicine and Health.About youhave demonstrated project management skills, robust oral and written communication skills.have demonstrated organisational and time management skillsexperience in working in a high-volume environmentstrong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative as directedworking knowledge of software programs such as Records Management, SONIA, Sydney Student, Clin Connect, Trim and Content Management Systemshave excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.Sponsorship / work rights for AustraliaPlease note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
