Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Full-time Business Traineeship Opportunity Do you have a passion for customer service and wanting to kick start your career as a banking customer advisor?

Working within a local banking branch in Mount Isa, this is a real career start within a supportive environment.
The successful trainee will have the opportunity to learn all about customer service within the banking sector whilst developing their customer service skills on the job.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in commencing a career within financial services sector.
What will you be doing? Working full time as a Business Trainee, you will learn and develop the skills to become a successful customer advisor.
You will become the first point of contact for customers when they visit the retail branch.
Your duties may include but are not limited to:
Assisting customers with their enquiries whilst providing a positive branch experience.Engaging in needs-based conversations with customers.General banking and telling duties: money handling, facilitating transactions and ATM maintenance.Coaching customers on self-service and digital banking.Assisting customers with opening and closing accounts, fraud and banking transactions.What are we looking for?
