Accommodation Service Manger

The Ski Club of Victoria is looking for a full time Accommodation Service Manager to plan, organise and oversee the work schedules and daily operations of the housekeeping and rooms maintenance team.
About the role: The Accommodation Service Managers duties will include.
Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
Plan, organise, coordinate and oversees the work schedules of the housekeeping and maintenance team.
Establishing and implementing operational procedures and standards for accommodation service workers.
Procurement of cleaning supplies, linens, and other related inventory.
Works closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation of accommodation services.
Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is evident throughout the property including in rooms, public and common areas.
Manage the ongoing training of housekeeping staff.
Lead and ensure compliance in all aspects of WHS.
May be required to perform front office duties from time to time.
To meet the demands of our operations, shift and weekend work will be required.
What We are looking for: Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping/hotel environment.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude A great team leader Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Great Attention to detail About the area: Located in the heart of the high country, Mount Buller come's alive in both summer and Winter with an array of outdoor activities such as Skiing, Hiking and Mountain Biking.
Situated within the Mansfield Shire, there are plenty of places to explore in the surrounding areas, including Lake Eildon, Howqua and The King Valley
