Our client, a leader in high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, is seeking a proactive Assistant Development Manager to join their dedicated team.

Project Support and Delivery Assist in the end-to-end delivery of high-end residential and mixed-use development projects.Support the Development Manager in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.Coordinate day-to-day project activities across planning, design, and construction phases.Financial Analysis and Feasibility Perform detailed financial modeling, including feasibility analysis and cash flow projections, using tools like Estate Master.Monitor budgets, costs, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with project financial goals.Contribute to the preparation of business cases and investment reports.Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with internal teams, consultants, external builders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.Support in managing relationships with councils, government agencies, and third-party service providers for approvals and compliance.Design and Construction Oversight Assist in reviewing design documentation to ensure alignment with project objectives and high-end product standards.Monitor external builders' progress, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines.Proactively identify risks and assist in implementing mitigation strategies during construction phases.Reporting and Documentation Prepare project reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for senior management and stakeholders.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and regulatory approvals.Multitasking Across Projects Support multiple projects (3-4 simultaneously), ensuring that key milestones and deliverables are met.Prioritise tasks effectively while managing competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.This role requires a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented professional with residential development experience, a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, and a desire to contribute to high-quality, premium projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Estate Master software is highly desirable.
