The roleA position has been created for an Assistant Development Manager to join the team.
This role will see you working on two residential mixed-use projects in the Sydney metropolitan area.
Key responsibilities will include:
Conduct Research on general Local Sales, & Development CostsWork with Development Managers to Appoint Consultant TeamsPrepare & Manage Feasibility Analysis for New AcquisitionsAssist Marketing, Sales & Design Lead to Deliver Marketing MaterialAssist Development Managers with Monthly Reporting RequirementsSkills & experienceTo be considered for this role is essential that you have current experience as an Assistant Development Manager on residential apartment projects.
Other key requirements include:
Strong Communication Skills, Ability to Engage & Influence stakeholdersTertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction or EquivalentTake Direction and Complete Tasks assigned to DeadlinesFull lifecycle Development Experience with Ability to Problem SolveThe Ability to Generate & Present Accurate Reports to ManagementPlease email your CV to or call for a confidential discussion.
