To continue to meet the needs of clients and retain an excellent reputation for delivery, we have a vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join the team as an Assessment Manager.

About the role : Developing new business relationships and managing a portfolio of existing accounts and projects in the insurance and related sectors for both residential and commercial projects.Assessing damage for property and contents, scoping and project managing large loss remediation works, and invoicing claims in accordance with insurer and company specified KPIs.A great role for someone wanting to get off the tools with project management exposure.Skills and experience : A background in any of the following fields would prove advantageous: Insurance, Loss Adjusting, Assessing, Restoration, or Building.Ability to scope/quote works and write reports for insurers.Proven ability to source new clients, engage at all levels, and convert leads to business opportunities.Ability to build rapport at all levels within the organisation, with customers and colleagues.Comprehensive training in estimating and pricing works according to Steamatic and Client Contractual guidelines will be provided.Building or relevant trade qualification can be beneficial.Additional Information: Immediate start, full-time permanent role.Competitive salary structured to attract and retain including fully maintained company vehicle, iPhone, laptop, iPad, and sales-based commission incentives.Opportunities for travel interstate and internationally.External and internal industry-specific training provided.Full uniform and PPE provided.Employee reward and recognition programs.Maxxia Salary Packaging.Free Employee Assistance Program.Respected organisation with stability & security.Support & guidance from experienced managers.Positive, challenging & rewarding environment.Future career progression where great work is recognised & rewarded.Technologically advanced, forward-thinking company embracing initiative and innovation.Our corporate values ensure all our people are our true HERO's: H – Highest Ethics, E – Empathy, R – Return, O – Opportunity.
