About the role We are seeking a true industry professional for the integral role of Reservations Sales Agent.
This part-time role is an amazing opportunity for someone wishing to join a friendly and passionate team who takes pride in building rapport with guests and ensuring a timeless experience.
You will be responsible for the following: Promptly attending to incoming reservations enquiries (both internal and external) and converting these enquiries into bookings.Providing 5-star service throughout the entire booking process for guests.Efficiently addressing any cancellations or amendments to guest bookings.Communication of any guest special requests to the appropriate departments.Identifying and resolving problems efficiently.About you Previous reservations sales experience within a luxury hotel environment.A proven ability in the proficient use of Opera or RMS Property Management System.Excellent verbal communication skills, proven telephone sales ability and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.Highly developed written communication and data entry skills.Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.Excellent guest relations, problem solving, decision making and time management skills.If you are enthusiastic about delivering an experience that consistently surprises and delights our guests, please apply now.
