A fantastic full time, permanent role has come up for a Part Time - Receptionist & Administrator to join our Penske Select team 3 days per week.
You'll be based in our Essendon fields Branch and will be the first contact between the organisation and our customers by proactively managing our reception functions, both face to face and over other communication channels.
In this role you will: Welcome customers and visitors to the dealership, proactively identifying their needsManage the waiting area and ensure visitors and customers know we care about their timeMonitor visitor access and ensure visitors book is accurate and completedAnswer incoming telephone calls in a professional mannerOpen and distribute mail, filing and archivingOrder stationary and other consumables when neededClean service kitchen and seating areasCredit card reconciliationsM-Files/Titan invoice processingRaise RO's and purchase orders as requestedProcess invoices as requiredProcess bank reconciliationStandard journalsStatement checksPetty cash processingBankingAbout you: Seasoned receptionist & administrator with a great work ethic and relevant experiencePassionate about providing excellent customer service with a strong attention to detailYou are an excellent communicator who enjoys multi-taskingAbout Us: Penske Select Australia is the go-to destination for pre-owned premium cars and also specializes in Holden service and repair.
