Supervisor Produktion Granulierung 100 % (m / w / d) Diese Position ist für die Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufes in dem eigenen Verantwortungsbereich zuständig.
Des Weiteren gehören folgende Aufgaben zu Ihrem Arbeitsalltag :
Tätigkeiten : Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter (ca.
20 Mitarbeitende)Einhaltung des ProduktionsplanesEinarbeitung sowie Einteilung der MitarbeitendenPriorisierungen der AufgabenZuständig für eine reibungslose KommunikationKontrolle der Herstellvorschriften sowie Mitwirkung bei deren EinhaltungUnterstützung bei AuditvorbereitungenDurchführung der Materialbestellung- und Beschaffung sowie Koordination der Nutzbarkeit der Arbeitsmittel und MaschinenEinhaltung und Durchsetzung der SicherheitsvorschriftenAnforderungsprofil : Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemie- / Pharmatechnologe EFZ oder in einem Technik- Handwerks- oder Hygieneberuf oder Industriemeister Chemie / PharmazieErfahrung im Bereich Leadership und / oder Interesse sich weiterzuentwickelnStarkes persönliches Auftreten mit Hands-On-MentalitätSchnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe LösungsorientierungTeamgeist und eine gute emotionale IntelligenzLangjährige Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen UmfeldGute Kenntnisse in der pharmazeutischen Herstellungspraxis und GMPTechnisches Verständnis und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ProduktionsanlagenKenntnisse in Arbeitsschutz- und SicherheitsbestimmungenKommunikations- und organisationsstarke PersönlichkeitSehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und SchriftWir bieten ein sehr attraktives Arbeitsumfeld innerhalb eines hoch motivierten Teams zu hervorragenden Arbeitsbedingungen.
