Sub-Floor Area Manager

Summit Homes Group is seeking a Subfloor Area Manager to lead our team of Subfloor Supervisors across New Homes construction.
In this role, you'll lead a high-performing team to meet construction milestones and budgeted targets while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.
Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and training to Supervisors, managing escalated issues, and fostering strong relationships with the supply chain to secure industry-best service.
You'll recruit and onboard skilled tradespeople, maintain a focus on work health and safety principles, and swiftly resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
About you This role is ideal for an experienced Supervisor (sub-floor experience highly regarded) ready to step into leadership or a seasoned Area Manager seeking a fresh challenge.
Success in this position requires strong leadership, a proactive mindset, and a proven ability to drive team performance.
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster strong relationships with teams and suppliers are essential for delivering exceptional results.
