Nido Early School are seeking a passionate and dedicated Area Manager to champion exceeding quality practice and continuous improvement within a cluster of services, in the Northern suburbs of Perth.
About UsNido Education currently owns, manages, and operates over 90 long day-care facilities across Australia for children from birth to school age.

About the role:You will support the team, families and children to settle in to our architecturally designed and purpose built Nido Services, embedding quality education, care and practices.
You will be instrumental in providing Australian families the very best start to their experiences in early education.
Duties include:
Supporting a cluster of around 6-8 services in the Northern suburbsReport on financial, operational, quality, and compliance KPIs to the Operations TeamLead a team of 6-8 direct reports and indirectly influence up to 300Provide unwavering support to Service Managers and Educators throughout Assessment & Rating processesEmbed essential operating processes for streamlined efficiencyEnsure comprehensive compliance reporting and proactive prevention strategiesWork alongside our Centre Directors and their teams to uphold Nido's commitment and valuesAbout you:Hold a bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (essential)Have a minimum of 3 year's experience as an Area Manager in Early Education as well as centre director experienceBe passionate and dedicated to lead dynamic team dedicated to the Reggio Emilia approachPossess extensive knowledge of long day care operations, including EYLF, National Quality Standard, assessment and rating procedures, budgeting, recruitment, marketing, and customer serviceBe confident in leading and supporting our brand new services across PerthProven ability to lead, motivate and develop a teamA resilient self-starter, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change with a forward-thinking mindsetStrong time management skills both written and verbalHold a valid WWCCHold a driving license in WABenefits:A great salary package on offer, plus a company car + laptop and a mobile phone as well as working from home opportunitiesFlexible Working Options to support your work-life balance– 4 day a week would be consideredComprehensive 4-week induction led by our WA Area ManagersEngage in quarterly offsite/interstate networking and planning meetingsEnjoy discounted childcare fees for your own children in our servicesBe part of a supportive leadership and team environmentCompany car provided, along with a phone and laptopDiscounted Bupa MembershipApply NowTo embark on this journey or learn more, visit our website: www.nido.edu.au
