About the roleAs an Area Manager, you will work closely with our restaurant teams to improve and grow the businesses and ultimately drive profit.
With a portfolio size of up to six restaurants, you will work with our restaurant managers and team members to ensure successful restaurant operations.You will lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations with responsibilities including operational standards, customer experience, people leadership, sales and profitability, workplace health and safety, and business planning.Through your understanding and knowledge of how to best manage in a fast-food environment, you will ensure restaurants throughout your territory are operating at the top of their game.
About YouYou will have a history of success in a similar role either gained from working in a QSR / casual dining environment.
You will also have a proven track record of coaching and leadership, financial acumen, and exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and business partnering skills.
Multisite management experience is required.You will be adaptable and able to communicate with varying parts of our business, including the ability to work with restaurant teams to drive their financial literacy (cashflow, business plans, P&L to a balance sheet).
