Finance ManagerFull-Time Opportunity | NDIS SectorLocation: Campbelltown & Hybrid WorkingAre you an experienced 'hands-on' finance professional passionate about delivering exceptional accounts management while making a meaningful impact? Our client is a values-driven organization dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to reach their potential.About the RoleAs the Finance & Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and processing accounts receivable and payable transactions efficiently and accurately. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and best practices while contributing to the continuous improvement of financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable and Receivable: Ensure accurate, timely processing and maintenance of client and vendor records.Customer Service: Provide exceptional support, resolve complex enquiries, and deliver accurate financial information.Compliance and Best Practices: Adhere to legislative requirements and contribute to developing streamlined financial procedures.Accounts Receivable:Generate and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing and terms.Implement collections processes and maintain positive client relationships.Prepare detailed reports, including ageing debtor reports and cash flow projections.Finance Administration:Support payroll processes, assist with month-end journals, and prepare participant Roster of Care documents.Investigate funding amounts and provide financial insights to internal teams.Team Collaboration: Act as backup support for finance staff and contribute to the organization's success through active participation in meetings and team initiatives.About YouYou'll thrive in this role if you have:Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable.A strong understanding of legislative compliance and financial controls.Excellent communication and customer service skills.A collaborative, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.Familiarity with NDIS funding processes.For a confidential discussion about this opportunity please reach out to Jessica Priebee, ******
