We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Administration and Enrolment Officer to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our school community.

Please note:
This is a front reception position in a Primary School, working closely with families and students.
Part time role - 5 Days a week - Monday to Friday (FTE: 0.92)
8.15am to 3.45pm
CEMEA 2022 Category B
Previous experience in school reception role an advantage Working with young students and families an advantage Knowledge of the education sector and understanding of faith-based school environments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
Additional language an advantage - Vietnamese Qualifications and Skills :
Proven experience in reception, administration, enrolment, or a related field.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
Experience with enrolment management systems or student databases is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
A proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
PLEASE NOTE:
Starting Term 1, 2025
This is a fixed term contract position for 12 months with the possibility of ONGOING position.
