Join an established Facilities Maintenance team and take advantage of our career development opportunities Consistent, ongoing, family friendly days-only roster FIFO from Adelaide We are seeking Refrigeration Techs / HVACs looking to join the Delta Facilities Management team on a Full-Time Day only FIFO basis.
We are offering Permanent Ongoing works to Olympic Dam (near Roxby Downs) from Adelaide airport, or DIDO for locals.
You'll be joining a large, established Camp and Accommodation Maintenance team on a BHP site comprising of 2650 rooms in Village, 500 homes in Roxby Downs and another 462 hours in Minesite.
Site includes amenities such as Pools, BBQs, Gym, Squash Room, Outdoor area with Courts, Tavern etc.
Roxby locals are encouraged to apply.
Ideal applicant will be ready to commence the recruitment process in December, to commence the role in January 2025.
THE POSITION Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment Planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units Working in Olympic Dam remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
Prioritising works & meeting rectification deadlines Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand Allowance if applicable.
