We are seeking an enthusiastic and sales-driven Franchise Business Manager to lead the recruitment, development, and support of franchisees from our Docklands, Melbourne office.
This is a critical role in driving the success of our new franchise network.
Key Responsibilities: Franchisee Recruitment: Identify, interview, and onboard potential franchisees who align with OXCEL Finance's business values and growth strategy.
Ensure a rigorous screening process to find franchisees capable of delivering results.
Franchisee Development: Design and deliver training programs that equip franchisees with the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to succeed.
Develop tailored coaching strategies to enhance their business acumen and sales performance.
Franchisee Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all franchisees, providing ongoing support, guidance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Facilitate regular meetings and check-ins to track progress and address challenges.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze franchisee performance metrics (e.g., sales targets, client acquisition, customer satisfaction) to assess growth and profitability.
Create actionable strategies for underperforming franchisees to help them achieve business goals.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all franchisees adhere to OXCEL Finance's operational, legal, and financial standards.
Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure consistency and quality across the network.
Marketing & Business Support: Work closely with franchisees to implement effective local marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Provide guidance on leveraging OXCEL's central marketing tools and resources.
Network Expansion: Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies that ensure sustainable growth of the franchise network.
Contribute to strategic decisions about new market entry and regional support.
Relationship Building: Foster strong, positive relationships with franchisees, acting as both a mentor and a trusted business advisor.
Build a culture of trust and collaboration within the franchise network.
Requirements: A bubbly personality with strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
Proven sales experience , with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
Previous experience in mortgage broking or finance-related roles is preferred , giving you an understanding of the industry and the unique challenges faced by brokers.
Experience in recruiting, managing, and developing franchisees or teams in a sales-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple franchisees and responsibilities simultaneously.
Passion for training and mentoring , with a proven track record of developing individuals or teams for success.
Prior experience in franchise management is an advantage, though not mandatory.
A commitment to working in and contributing to a positive, multicultural office environment .
