Financial Services partner with all areas of CommBank to specialist advice, support and services in finance, audit, treasury, property, procurement, climate strategy and investor relations.See yourself in our teamThe Group Financial Reporting & Analysis (FR&A) team provides financial support to the CEO, CFO, Executive Leadership Team and Board.
The team's areas of focus include:Performance reporting – performance analysis and monthly management reportingPlanning and forecasting – ownership of the Group's Planning & Forecasting process, strategic and ad-hoc analysisDecision support – strategic projects, insight development and ad-hoc analysisInvestment Reporting and Analysis – reporting and analysis on the Groups internal change portfolioThis role reports directly to the Executive Manager, Decision Support.
The purpose of the role is to help drive the strategic agenda for FR&A.Some of the key areas you will be providing support include:Delivering value-adding, insightful reporting and analysis to the Board, Group CEO, Group CFO, Head of Group Finance and the Executive Committee relating to the strategic direction and performance of the GroupCritical insights and value-adding ad-hoc analysis on CBA's current and future performancePeer benchmarking analysis of CBA against their peers every 6 monthsAdvice on strategic investments and M&A transactions (including valuation support)Other decision support activitiesAssist with delivery of six-monthly results for the Profit announcementHelp drive productivity improvements across our key Group processesWe're interested in hearing from people who value:Excellent commercial acumenStrong analytical and commercial skills, with demonstrated ability to draw insights from analysisAttention to detail and qualityAdvanced Excel skills for financial modelling and analysisUnderstanding drivers of equity valuationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneouslyInnovative and able to drive resultsExcellent verbal, written communication skills and critical thinking skillsTableau and Alteryx skills preferableInvestment transactions experience preferableIf you would like to hear more about this role, please ApplyIf you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
