About the roleReporting to the Contract Manager you will be responsible for:
Preparing scopes of workWorking in a team of 3-4This will be an onsite role on a large community infrastructure projectPreparing monthly cost reports and forecastsAdministrating the head and sub-contractsProgress paymentsDealing with any variations or contractual matters that ariseAbout you 4+ years experience in construction as a CAPreferably have commercial design and construct experienceHave great communication and negotiating skillsAbility to work in a team environmentStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive successful commercial outcomes for the companyWhat's on Offer $160K-$180K salary packageWorking with one of Melbourne's top design and construct commercial buildersWorking on new build projects up to $40 millionBallarat Office LocationThe Builder & Culture:This commercial builder has built a strong list of clients through many successful projects over the last 20 years.
