Plan Partners is Australia's trusted NDIS plan management and support coordination provider.

As an Accounts Team Member you will share in our values such as Customer Always and Everyone Matters, providing our participants with ready access to supports so that they can live independently and achieve their goals.
As NDIS Plan Managers, the major focus of our work is coding and processing invoices for our NDIS Participants. This work includes processing reimbursements and invoices using the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, investigating manual claims and working as a team to ensure timely processing of payments.
Team members share the tasks of liaising with service providers, problem-solving day-to-day issues, and following up on provider and requests from the wider Plan Partners team. This role comes with a high level of challenge and responsibility. We love new ideas and you'll be encouraged to work collaboratively with your team to streamline and improve our services.
