Role: Technical Lead As a Technical Lead, you'll play a critical role in leading a squad and building the platform.
You'll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive innovation.
This role will have you navigate between leadership, detailed coding, broader product strategies, and finding the best solutions to create meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities: Enable enterprise clients to deploy a dynamic range of AI agents from third-party platformsLead a squad of innovative Software Engineers using AI technologies such as LangChain and LLMsDevelop AI products using Node.js, integrating AI tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and FlowiseDiscover and integrate new partnerships, products, and AI technologies—always staying ahead of the curveDesign and implement algorithms for AI agents using Node.js and AI frameworksStrategize the integration of new features and APIs across platforms in large-scale environmentsEnsure solutions exceed user expectations, focusing on user needs with a meticulous approachUphold enterprise-grade compliance standards like SOC2, ensuring products are secure and reliableSkills & Expertise Needed: 10+ years of software development experienceStrong background in Node.js development (Python experience is a plus)Experience with LangChain and AI Agent frameworks is highly beneficialProven track record of building secure, scalable APIs with a strong understanding of cloud environmentsFamiliarity with software engineering best practices such as CI/CD and TDDHigh attention to detail, organized, and agile—you're someone who gets things doneWhy Join?
