The Role Anyday is actively looking for a Maintenance Supervisor across our venues.
The ideal Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the maintenance tasks across multiple hospitality venues, ensuring all venues are well-maintained, safe, and functioning optimally.
You will be equally comfortable in both the front and back of house areas, including the kitchens.
This role will be primarily Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm but can be flexible for the right candidate, and some tasks may be required to complete outside of these hours to not affect our restaurant's trade.
The Requirements Maintain and improve the current facilities throughout each of the venues.Ensure the venues comply with government legislation and its own policies regarding infrastructure and emergency procedures.Analyse and problem-solve maintenance matters efficiently.Undertake ad-hoc projects, painting, light carpentry, and/or special repairs work throughout the venues.Ensure maintenance repair work is carried out in a clean and tidy manner, with particular care and attention taken to minimise the impact of maintenance work on guests within the venues.Manage the maintenance budget effectively by optimising resource allocation and cost control.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.Carpentry Trade will be highly regarded.The Reward Referral scheme of up to $1,000 for referring a friend.One extra week of annual leave based on length of service.Extra payments based on additional hours worked & generous tips.Restaurant discounts of up to 25% off.Annual team celebration.Companywide sport teams and initiatives.A wide variety of discounts on a range of participating retailers within the James Street Precinct.Generous discounts at local fitness and wellness centres.If you are interested in a career at Anyday and to view all of our current vacancies, please visit careers.
