A well established Professional Services firm, catering to a wide range of client needs including Business Advisory & Tax, Corporate Finance and Tax Consulting.
They work on a varied client base, made up of High Net Worth Individuals, Small-Medium Businesses, Large Corporates, International Companies and ASX listed entities across a range of industries.
They pride themselves on offering Mid Tier style client exposure and training, within a close knit and collaborative team with plenty of opportunities to upskill and progress, based in modern offices in Sydney CBD.
The Role:
As a Senior Accountant, your role will include, but is not limited to:
Preparation of Tax Returns for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships and Individuals, ensuring timely lodgement.Preparation of Financial Statements, BAS and Management Reports.Review work of Junior Accountants, management of workflow and offering guidance and feedback.Preparation for and attendance of Tax Planning meetings.Answering of technical queries and provision of tax advice to clients.Supporting the Manager and Partner in the smooth day-to-day running of the team.About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
3+ years experience working for a well-established client base.CA or CPA Qualified or studying.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to prioritise tasks well and track record in meeting deadlines.Proven technical ability and exposure to Division 7a and Capital Gains Tax.Experience in a client facing position and reviewing staff work is highly advantageous.Benefits:
