NBCUniversal International Television Distribution, a division of NBCUniversal, is responsible for the distribution of NBCUniversal product to all forms of television and new media outside of the U.S. and Canada.
This includes a rich library of more than 4,000 feature films and 100,000 television episodes, including current and classic titles, non-scripted programming, sports, news, long-form and short-form programming, and locally produced content from around the world.
This part time role requires a 9-month commitment, as this program is from March 2025 - Dec 2025.
To be eligible for this internship, you MUST be studying for the duration of the internship.
You also MUST include a cover letter stating why you would like to work for NBCUniversal, and what you feel you can bring to the company.

Job Description Work closely with the TVD Sales team with updating monthly, weekly and quarterly product reports and licensee reports.
Cross-check finalized deals with the production system to ensure correct details are entered.
Work on proactive initiatives with the TVD Sales team to go to market with.
Provide administrative support for various projects including budgets, presentations in PowerPoint, etc.
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, help with expenses, and ad-hoc requirements.
Manage calendar and coordinate meetings/conference calls.
Maintain and update client databases and systems including SAP, Salesforce, Safe, and Microstrategy.
Monitor the marketplace for changes that affect sales activities, both directly and indirectly, and research current market trends.
Identify new opportunities for sales as a result of new entrants, changing technology, and/or delivery systems.
In coordination with the TVD Sales team, develop sales strategies to quickly address and capitalize on these new opportunities.
Qualifications Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables & Macros is desirable but not definitive).
Well organized – with the ability to manage multiple tasks with great prioritization skills.
Good communicator with an analytical mind.
A desire to learn.
Understanding of the Australian & American media landscapes, particularly TV.
Additional Requirements Actively completing a business, legal, or marketing degree in the 2025 year.
