About the role:
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Registered Nurse (Living Support Manager) to join our dynamic team at St Vincent's Care Services, Kew.
In this role, you will report directly to the Facility Manager and will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team, working collaboratively with the Care Managers and guiding the Living Support Team to ensure resident-centered care.
This role is ideal for an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse, Registered Nurse, or Care Manager currently in a senior role in an aged care setting, with an understanding of resident-directed care.
To be successful in this role, you need to be passionate about promoting and leading the provision of resident-centered care.
You should have strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, and be an influential role model.

Previous leadership experience in an aged care environment Ability to work on a full-time basis Advanced communication skills and strong time management skills Strong collaboration skills Ability to meet competing priorities Demonstrated abilities in change management Registration with a professional body & a qualification in Nursing Understanding of the culture and tradition of Catholic Health Compliance requirements:
