Join one of Australia's largest not-for-profit member super funds as a Client Services Manager Are you an experienced leader with a passion for exceptional client service? Our client, a leading not-for-profit member super fund, is seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee and inspire a team of Advice Implementation Specialists, Client Service Officers, and Member Service Officers. With a presence in both Parramatta and Wollongong, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our members receive outstanding support and advice.
Role Overview: As the Client Service Manager, you will be based in either our Wollongong or Parramatta office overseeing the regional client servicing operations ensuring the smooth functioning of office management practices.In partnership with Advice Delivery Managers (ADM), you will contribute to the achievement of regional objectives. This position may entail managing team members based in different locations providing support across multiple regional offices, ensuring a consistent and professional standard of service throughout our client service network.Full time, permanent role Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm.Key Responsibilities: Guarantee that the team addresses all implementation and administrative tasks with proactive diligence and upholding the highest standards.Oversee the distribution of client service tasks, monitoring to ensure that all responsibilities are fulfilled within the established service levels.Ensure that our Client Service staff deliver an exceptional quality experience for clients and Aware Super members, in line with our walk-in strategy.Act as an escalation point on the management of risks and issues related to financial planning services.In conjunction with the Senior Manager Advice Services, Advice Delivery Manager, and Complaints Manager, manage complaints in accordance with the Enquiries and Complaints Handling Policy and Procedures.Ensure the team proactively manages all implementation and administrative tasks in a timely manner.Workforce planning to effectively and efficiently manage team to achieve service level standards and minimise wait times for clients.What's in it for you: Impact: Help lead and inspire a successful team and make a positive impact on our members directly.Development: Gain excellent experience within the superannuation industry within an organisation which promotes career progression.Culture: Work in and influence a supportive environment that values and cares for both their members and staff.Opportunity: Potential for career growth and development.Requirements: Previous leadership experience within a similar role.RG146 Preferred.Diploma of Financial Planning advantageous.Australian Citizens only.If this sounds like YOU please APPLY NOW or alternatively email your up to date resume to either ****** or ******.
