Everyone at AGL is an important part of building a better energy future, and we want you to join in.Position: Senior Manager – Delivery & EngineeringIn the Sustainable Business Energy Solutions (SBES) Team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery and engineering functions that execute the Energy Solutions strategy by:Planning, directing and implementing the successful delivery and engineering strategy to create profitability for the business and great customer experiences.Coordinating and managing support functions such as Health & Safety, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other internal business stakeholders ensuring operational efficiency.Driving revenue and profitability by supporting project pricing for sales and ensuring effective budget management of projects.The work you will be doing will directly contribute to Australia's largest Commercial & Industrial (C&I) businesses reaching their decarbonisation goals. At AGL, we're not just changing the game; we're changing the planet for the better, one project at a timeWhat you'll be doing:Working closely with peers within C&I Business Unit to develop an integrated strategy across Energy Solutions and the wider group which draws from best practice thinking and market trends to continuously improve processes and capabilities.Delivering on revenue, gross margin, customer satisfaction and employee engagement objectives by leading, resourcing and supporting the team.Facilitating a network of ideas sharing across Energy Solutions by encouraging and empowering subject matter experts.Developing and executing the design, fabrication and installation delivery strategy while achieving a high safety standard across delivery operations.Driving business profitability through active project cost control, payment collection and growth in the Energy Solutions business.Ensuring proactive HSE activities are managed and all risks are identified, considered and appropriately mitigated.What you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline and recognised project management qualification, along with CEC Design accreditation and experience in program delivery or operational management roles.Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to identify and deliver on new market opportunities and products.Strong internal and external stakeholder capability and demonstrated customer focus.Experience in developing and delivering a strong HSE culture and quality control.#LI-AM1, #LI-HybridInclusion at AGLAt AGL, we value diversity and welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, individuals with disabilities, culturally diverse individuals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
