About the role We're seeking a Manager – Commercial Collections to be responsible for managing workflow and capacity to achieve optimal outcomes across credit risk, collections, cost, service, and quality.

Day-to-day, you will: You'll be accountable for the daily performance of the commercial credit operations team within the Customer Solutions & Australian Markets Partnerships (CS&) function.You'll build a successful, effective and collaborative team, embodying a positive culture.You'll demonstrate curiosity in diving deep into supporting data to proactively uncover potential issues/opportunities.You'll provide in-depth subject matter analysis and recommendations.This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferable skills and experiences, including: Great communication and interpersonal skills – ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels.People management skills and an ability to motivate and lead a team.Experience in a high-volume credit management function.Experience in dealing with external credit providers and commercial contracts.Exposure to receivership, administration, and liquidations. Demonstrated skills in developing, writing, and delivering management reports specifically around operational metrics.If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
