Office Production Assistant

We design and deliver bespoke content experiences for our clients, shooting in our purpose-built studios and work collaboratively with our client partners to create and produce high-calibre content for brands.
Job Description As the Office Production Assistant , you'll be supporting the Production team across workflow and resourcing, finance reconciliation and reporting, as well as working closely with the Operations teams on ad-hoc and admin-based tasks.
This role plays an integral part in building a closely connected culture and establishing an efficient operating rhythm.
You will receive, prioritise and delegate production briefs, assist in planning and resourcing the team, be responsible for inputting and tracking into our Production planning tool, and be proactive in providing updates to the team.
Day to day in this role, you'll get to: Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the team is aligned and resourced effectively.
Open job numbers, create estimates, new vendors, and raise purchase orders as needed for the team.
Liaise with Producers, Agency teams and Clients to ensure all jobs are set up and reconciled correctly and billed on time and within budget.
Complete general runner duties for active productions, such as ad-hoc requirements, sourcing materials or assisting with shoot requirements.
Be responsible for travel bookings, itinerary creation, and support of the Production team on ad-hoc requests pre- and during shoots.
Track and maintain budgets for freelancers.
