Operations Manager within Investment Banking, Global Markets - located in the Sydney CBD

Due to the growing market and business coming through, they are seeking an Operations Manager to join their team and be part of the successful environment they have.
Your new roleWorking as an Operations Manager within Investments you will be:
Working with the Executive Director to review policies, process and workflowsLeading a back-office processing team, while creating forecasting plans for team expansion based on volumesBuilding process maps and procedures for your team, providing all the tools to be successful within the roleAssisting with business decisions that will impact the corporate banking, investment banking, global markets, asset solutions and group treasury teamsPresenting to c-suite executives both nationally and internationally, being able to interpret and present on dataLiaising with Senior Management on all reporting aspectsWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role you will need:
Previous experience in a leadership capacity within investment banking or market operations (i.e.
Ops Mgr, Project Mgr, Product Mgr)Have a strong understanding of capital markets, treasury and corporate banking on a domestic and international scaleExperience with budgeting, fund allocation and project costsExperience in creating and implementing new policies/processesPeople skills, being able to work in a diverse and engaging environmentAn innovative and go-getter approachWhat you'll get in returnIf you are successful as an Operations Manager, you will receive:
