We are looking for a Reservations Team Manager to take charge of our reservations team and drive operational excellence.
About the Role:As the Reservations Team Manager, you will play a critical role in leading a team of reservations agents to handle inquiries efficiently, exceed service expectations, and maximize reservations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing reservations team.Manage and enhance the reservation process for 200+ venues across Australia and New Zealand.Resolve escalations and ensure a seamless customer experience.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency.What We're Looking For: Strong leadership and coaching experience.Exceptional customer service skills and a knack for problem-solving.Proficiency in reservation systems and an analytical approach to performance metrics.A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.What We Offer: Opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and innovative environment.Work with a passionate team and be part of a thriving hospitality company.Flexible and dynamic workplace.Applications close on 5th January 2024.Start date will be mid-January 2024.Applications must include both a cover letter and a CV.Ready to lead the way?
